Lunch is probably one of my favorite times of the day to indulge. For me, the best lunch recipes are the ones that are flexible and easy to adapt to your needs. Of course you will find delicious sandwich recipes here, but there are also plenty of healthy lunch recipes to choose from.

Try something other than a sandwich

Remember when your parents used to send you a little lunch box with two soggy white sandwiches? While a nice sandwich is great, there are so many other lunch recipes to try. I like to have a salad for lunch so I can get some extra veggies in for the day. Still prefer a hot lunch? Check out this recipe for vegetable pancakes. A little more work to make, but so delicious!
