Every year when the season starts I go wild with the rhubarb. It's a short season so I always try and make the most of this delicious vegetable. (Yes it is a vegetable!) Here is an overview of my ten favorite rhubarb recipes!

I am in love with rhubarb. I think it is such a versatile ingredient and especially in sweet dishes it is an absolute joy to use the tangy rhubarb. I think it’s the combination of sweet and sour that does it for me. Here you’ll find ten of my favorite rhubarb recipes!

To start of with my number one favorite rhubarb recipe; the rhubarb crumble. It’s super easy to make and the perfect spring treat. Will also do really well for Easter!

For this rhubarb recipe you will first need to make the rhubarb jam or compote as that is what you need to create this bread pudding. I’ve used brioche bread here but you can use any other kind of bread you like.
