Having been to Mexico three times now I fell head over heels in love with the food during that very first time (back in 1997!!) Mexican recipes can be anything from a delicious aguachile to taco’s, burrito’s and more.

The regions in Mexico all have a very different cuisine so there is lots to explore here!
