Making a lot of walnut recipes is not only very delicious but it seems to also be really good for your health. Not that I needed any reason to incorporate this funky looking nut into my diet but it’s always good to have an extra incentive to eat a certain food.

But as with many studies on food some of the results are only with small groups so it always makes sense to not go overboard. It’s still a nut and does still contain a good amount of fat. Good fats for the most part but overdoing it is not good. No matter how healthy something is!
