Eat your smoothie with a spoon – Smoothiebowl
To be entirely honest I think smoothie bowls are a bit weird… I think someone invented it purely because it looks so pretty. And it does, doesn’t it? I’ve seen the most gorgeous creations on Instagram with little flowers and yes, it did spark my interest. So I made a smoothie bowl. Just for you. To look at. Or to eat.
But if you’re like me and you want to drink a smoothie rather than eat it with a spoon? That will work just as well!
Smoothiebowl
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 box blackberries about 250 gram
- 250 ml almondmilk
Topping
- chia-seeds
- hemp-seeds
- blue berries
- grated coconut
- strawberries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for the smoothie together in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Place in a nice bowl and arrange the topping in a pretty way .
