Smoothie with yoghurt, raspberries and chia seeds
Are you already in spring mood? While I am writing this I can hear the birds chirping outside and slowly but surely our garden is transformed from grey and unappealing to green and fabulous.. 😉 On top of that our garden is being redesigned next month as well (well new plants only) and I cannot wait for that to be finished! But if I talk about spring, I always feel a sudden need to eat healthier (yes, yes I know… don’t mention it!) First of all because fruit starts to reappear in all it’s glory and secondly because it is light, healthy and delicious.
The fact that I am taking the photos for Yoghurt Barn might be something a few of you already know, but starting this month we will be featuring a monthly yoghurt based recipe here as well on Simone’s Kitchen. That is not so very hard as yoghurt is an incredibly versatile ingredient and if you go through the list of recipes here you will find quite a few with yoghurt as the base. To celebrate the cooperation with Yoghurt Barn there is a special discount this month as well. If you mention the name of my blog in one of the two Yoghurt Barn stores, you will receive a 25% discount on one of the delicious smoothies!
