Easter is typically more about the start of spring than anything else (at least for me it is). I love creating fresh and light recipes for this fun seasonal festivity. A few of my favorite recipes are; this easy salmon appetizer with cream cheese, chocolate cupcakes with easter eggs, or this delicious Easter trifle!

Anything for a great Easter

For me an Easter recipe is the perfect way to start the spring season. It could be delicious lamb roast, or something with asparagus or a sweet treat such as these chocolate buns. Easter recipes are pretty versatile too so you can usually also make them for other moments in the year!
