This potato salad is absolutely one of my favorite salads to eat this summer. It's quick, it's flavorful and a perfect summer salad. You can also use it as a light dinner dish with some grilled chicken or grilled salmon.

What makes a really good sandwich?

For me the base of a good sandwich is in the bread you use. I am a big fan of sour sough bread. I am however not the best bread baker, so I have to rely on the bread I can find in the local bakery. And sour dough – or at least good sour dough – is sometimes hard to find. But of course you can use any kind of bread you like for the majority of these sandwich recipes.
