Are you looking to eat a little less carbs at the beginning of the year? Then this list of delicious and easy low-carb recipes is for you. From easy poke bowls to chicken liver recipes and everything in between.

The start of a new year is the perfect time for many people to refocus on healthier eating. Maybe you’re looking to lose a few (holiday) pounds, or you simply want to eat a bit more mindfully. It’s no surprise, then, that low-carb recipes are especially popular this time of year. That’s why I’ve rounded up 15 of my favorite low-carb dishes. Easy to make, full of flavor, and most of all, really delicious.

Recipes with Fewer Carbs

Cooking low-carb doesn’t have to be complicated. Often, just a few simple swaps can make a big difference. For example, you can easily replace regular rice with cauliflower rice, like in the delicious nasi goreng featured in this roundup. Or swap classic potato fries for broccoli fries or zucchini fries. That way, you can still enjoy comforting favorites, just in a lighter version.

The recipes below are just a selection of my personal favorites, but you’ll find many more low-carb recipes on the site to choose from. Whether you’re looking for quick weeknight meals or a bit of inspiration for the weekend, there’s plenty to mix and match.
