10 Easy Halloumi Recipes

Halloumi is one of my all time favorite cheeses and this special hard white cheese holds up incredibly well if you want to bake it or grill it. Which makes the uses so much fun and different from any other cheese. My favorite recipes? That's absolutely the halloumi burger! So tasty!

Halloumi is such a wonderful kind of cheese if you ask me. It is one of the few cheeses that holds up well to heat, making it perfect for grilled, baking or even for making halloumi fries.

Halloumi is by far one of my favorite cheeses and the good news is, you can make it yourself at home! It's a bit of a process but if you follow along with the steps it's really not complicated!

If you're using the farro that is not pre-cooked make sure you take the soaking and boiling time into account with this salad. The farro has to soak for 12 hrs and then boil for an hour to be edible. I used precooked farro which only takes 10 minutes to finish
