Naming something an Italian recipe can be a bit tricky. The Italians are proud of their food and for me almost anything with pasta could be called ‘Italian’ but that is – of course – not entirely correct. So in this overview you will find my version of Italian recipes.

No matter the exact origin and name it is all delicious for sure! My favorites are pasta gorgonzola and this delicious twist on a classic tiramisu

This potato salad is absolutely one of my favorite salads to eat this summer. It's quick, it's flavorful and a perfect summer salad. You can also use it as a light dinner dish with some grilled chicken or grilled salmon.
