Being Dutch I grew up with some of the more traditional foods my country has to offer. Stamppot (or potato mash) among one of them. Dutch recipes are generally fantastic during the winter months. Think about a delicious mash such as kale mash or carrot mash, but also oliebollen (dutch Donuts) are a classic.

This potato salad is absolutely one of my favorite salads to eat this summer. It's quick, it's flavorful and a perfect summer salad. You can also use it as a light dinner dish with some grilled chicken or grilled salmon.
