  1. Hello Simone,
I have no idea why you came up on my email but I am enjoying your recipes. Being a long time ex-dutchman of 1950s who still speaks the language and has some old recipes that I still make, boerenkool?? I needed an olliebollen one so thank you. I havent firgotten but times change. We also made appelflappen at New Years but you have the Air Fryer apple pastries which sound great and I will try. I remember appelflappen as soft.

    • He Liddi! Ah that’s so good to hear. And yes appelflappen are soft, these are different with a crunchy exterior. Also delicious but made differently. I’m planning on making a recipe for those as well, but that’s going to be for next year!
As for how your email popped up in my newsletter; I don’t know but you must have entered it at some point 😉 Have a good New Year’s!
