Bring water to the boil for your pasta and cook according to pack instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cook the edamame for 2-3 minutes and let them drain as well.
Chop the fresh tomatoes and the sundried tomatoes and add them to the pasta, with the edamame
Add the pesto to the pasta and stir through. Add extra olive oil if you want.
Add the sauce to the pasta and crumble the blue cheese on top. Finish with parmesan and fresh basil
