Okra can be a bit of a mystery vegetable with the reputation that it is slimy and not so good. But try these air fryer okra and you'll be amazed how delicious this vegetable can be!
Melt the butter and stir in the seasoning mixture. Pour over the okra and toss until evenly coated.
30 grams butter
Add the grated Parmesan and toss again.
30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Arrange the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the okra is tender and golden brown.
Notes
Storage; You can keep the cleaned okra for a day in the fridge but okra doesn't last very long. Once prepared in the air fryer eat it straight away. It will become a bit chewy if you don't.
