Plums are around far too short if you ask me. So whenever they're around I love making this delicious and super easy plum crumble. No longer plum season? You can also make it with other fruit as well (apricots, nectarines, apples, pears, cherries etc.)
Cut the pitted plums in half, or into quarters if they are particularly large. Place them in one baking dish or divide between two small baking dishes.
Add the flour, sugar, spice, and cold butter to a bowl. Rub together with your fingertips until you have a coarse, crumbly mixture.
Scatter the crumble topping over the plums.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden and the plums are bubbling.
Serve warm with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
