Is there anything more convenient than a really good pasta salad? This pasta salad with chicken and pesto is ready in no more than 15 minutes, is perfect for taking along for your lunch or serve as a picnic dish. There are no wilting vegetables inside so it stays delicious!
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, rinse and leave to cool.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise and pesto together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir into the salad and refrigerate until ready to use.

Storage: You can store this pasta salad in the fridge for 2-3 days.Freezing is an option, but keep in mind that freezing pasta might change the texture of the pasta.Swaps: If you want a lighter dressing replace part of the mayonnaise for yoghurt.
