Oven-baked ham is one of those dishes that looks impressive but requires very little effort. With a glossy glaze and tender texture, it makes the perfect centerpiece for Christmas, Easter, or any special dinner.
Baste every 10 minutes and flip the ham halfway so all sides get coated. Bake for about 45 minutes. Less is fine - remember the ham is already cooked, you just want it heated through.
Place the vegetables in a baking dish, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add the almonds, and roast for 30-45 minutes.
