  • 4 small glasses to serve

Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices cake crumbled
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 500 gr vanilla custard ready made
  • 100 gr Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Chocolate to decorate

Instructions

  • Take four glasses and start with a small layer of caramel sauce at the bottom. Crumble the cake over this. Add the slices of banana, pour over some of the custard and end with the fruit.
  • If you have a high glass you can repeat the layers. If so repeat cake, banana and custard and end with the fruit again.
  • Serve with some extra caramel on top if you want.
