If you love chocolate mousse but are ready to try something else, this chocolate avocado recipe is super easy to make, vegan and very delicious. It uses dates and avocado, skipping the banana and is still hard to resist!
Place the dates in a food processor or high-speed blender. Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan (no need to boil), pour it over the dates, and let soak for at least 10 minutes to soften them.
Blend the date mixture until mostly smooth. Add the avocado, cocoa, and vanilla, and blend again until completely creamy.
Serve in a large bowl or individual cups and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
