These delicious air fryer buffalo wings are ready in no time at all and are the perfect Game day snack or just for whenever you feel like something easy and delicious. I make them in the air fryer but you can also make it in an oven.
Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.
Place them in a large bowl and add the cornstarch, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the wings are evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 355°F (180°C).
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Cook in batches if necessary.
Remove the wings from the air fryer and immediately brush both sides generously with honey BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise, crispy chili oil, and finely chopped pickles.
Serve the wings immediately with the dipping sauce.
