Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180˚C
Using a bowl and a fork puree the bananas until you have a coarse result. Doesn't need to be super smooth.
Add the self raising flour and mix it with a fork. Add the peanut butter and the gingerbread spices and mix to a dough.
Using two spoons scoop out balls and place those on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
