Preheat the oven to 220˚C (400˚F) and place the bacon strips in a single layer on top of a rack. Make sure to have a baking tray beneath the rack to catch any fat coming out.
Place in the oven for around 20 minutes or until golden and crips. Leave to drain on paper towels before processing.
Air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200˚C. Place the strips of bacon single layer in the basket or cut into smaller pieces and place those in the basket. Bake for about 6-8 minutes
Pan
Heat a frying pan without any oil and bake the bacon strips single layer for about 5 minutes each side. Depending on the thickness of your slices.
