Ground your chicken finely in either a meat grinder or food processor. Place in a bowl
Fry the onion for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add all other ingredients except the coconut oil to the meat mixture (including the onion) and mix it all together well. Form into 6-8 equal shaped small burgers. Place in the fridge for a while to firm up.
Heat a frying pan and once it is hot add the oil and turn the heat down a bit. Add the burgers and bake until golden brown and cooked through.
