Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Cut the halloumi into little squares and heat some sunflower oil into a frying pan. Put the pieces halloumi into the one once it is hot and quickly bake them golden brown. Be careful as it tends to spatter a bit.
Leave the halloumi to drain on kitchen towel. Put the strawberries and the tomatoes pieces into a large bowl and ad the halloumi in.
