How many portions you get out of this homemade granola, largely depends on how much you put in your breakfast bowl. But in general it is a minimum of around 20 portions.
Chop some of the nuts a little smaller if you like. preheat the oven to 190˚C (380˚F) and prepare a large baking tray (one with edges is a plus here) Mix everything together well and spread out in a thin even layer on the baking tray. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Make sure to stir it through a couple of times in between.
Leave to cool and keep in a airtight box for a month.
After roasting you can easily add dried fruits in there as well. Go wild!
