Take a pan with a lid that has a thick bottom. Heat the oil and add the corn. Wait until it starts to pop. Don't lift that lid! Don't put the stove too high as you don't want the popcorn to burn. Once the popping starts to slow down and stops remove from the heat.
In the meantime take a small saucepan and melt the butter. Add the chili flakes and stir.
Once the popcorn is done place into a large bowl. Drizzle the chili butter on top and shake to combine it all. Grate the chocolate over the top and add some extra salt. Shake until all combined!
