Preheat the oven to 175˚C and grease a round tart tin (preferably with a loose bottom). Mix all the dry ingredients for the crust with a pinch of salt. Mix together with the wet ingredients to form a sticky dough.
Divide the dough over the tin and press into it to form a crust. Press it firmly and try to divide evenly. Bake the crust without the filling for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
For the filling peel the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut into small cubes. Mix all ingredients for the filling.
Als mix everything for the topping together
Remove the crust from the oven and divide the filling. Dive the topping over the filling. It's ok if this is not evenly spread. Bake the pie in 18-20 minutes until golden.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool for at least half an hour before cutting.
