While I've used cake to crumble here you can use any kind of cookie you want.
Take four glasses and start with a small layer of caramel sauce at the bottom. Crumble the cake over this. Add the slices of banana, pour over some of the custard and end with the fruit.
If you have a high glass you can repeat the layers. If so repeat cake, banana and custard and end with the fruit again.
Serve with some extra caramel on top if you want.
