Mix the cream cheese with the tabasco and spices in a bowl. Taste and add pepper and salt.
Get a flat plate and place that next to your creamcheese mixture. Sprinkle all the chopped chives on the plate
Take a bit of cream cheese and let it drop on the chives plate. Move it with the spoon through the chives. Once it is covered with enough chives you can roll it in your hands and make a small ball. Place on a clean plate.
Repeat until all cream cheese is gone (or save some to eat later)
Place the rolled devils in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. In the meantime cut the olives into slices
Cut a tiny round from the pepper that fits into the middle of the olives or Use a drop of ketchup as the eye.
Cut horns from the pepper and take the balls from the fridge. Push the eyes and horns in it's place. Take two of the chips and stick them into the sides. Serve directly or place in the fridge for later use.
