Bring salted water to the boil and cook your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
Heat a large frying pan with a bit of the oil and add the garlic for a minute or so. Add the frozen peas and heat them through on medium heat until cooked. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and the pasta to the pan. Mix it all together.
Serve the pasta with the arugula, goat cheese and toasted pine nuts on top.
