of pork of about 1 kg
I used porc neck without the bone or procureur as we call it here
white wine vinegar
cut in chunks
barbecue sauce or chilisauce
of olive oil
more or less to taste
If you have a slowcooker, put the olive oil into the pot and turn it on at setting high. Add the rest of the ingredients put the lid on and wait...
Check every two hours or so to see if there is still enough liquid in the pot and maybe turn the meat around once or twice.
Leave for a total of about 6 hours or until it starts to fall apart.
You can do the same in the oven by putting a pan in the oven on the lowest temperature and follow more or less the same procedure
