If you're doing a whole30 or eat paleo like me, you can easily substitute the yoghurt and coconut water here for 300 ml of coconut milk. And yes I know that technically smoothies are not really encouraged on the whole30 but I figured one doesn't heard with this heat!

Ingredients
150grspinach
150mlgreek yoghurt
150mlcoconut water
100grpineapple chunks
100grmango chunks
juice of 1 lime
1spoon of maca powder
Instructions
When filling your blender it is easiest if you add the liquid with the maca first and then put the spinach on top. Turn the machine on and the spinach will be 'eaten' by the machine.
As soon as the spinach is blended add the pineapple chunks, the lime juice and the mango and blend until smooth. Enjoy straight away
