This pesto is ofcourse delicious in a good pasta, but can be used for sauces and in soups and much more!
Ingredients
100grsundried tomatoes in oil
70grgreen olivesseeds removed
few twigs of rosemary
3clovesof garlic
1chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
30grwalnuts
handful of basil leaves
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/2cupof olive oil
Instructions
Using a stick blender, kitchen processor or something similar add all the ingredients and blend to a paste. When adding the ingredients make sure you cut the garlicĀ and the rosemary, just to make sure it blends well. For the rosemary, use the needles only. Not the stalks
