Easy to make pizza with a crust of Indian naan bread

1onion
1/2yellow bellpepper
1/2green bellpepper
250grminced beef
150grmixed mushrooms
2tspchilipowder
1tspsmoked paprika powderla Chinata is my favourite
2tbspricotta
200grdiced tomatoescanned
pepper

100grgrated cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake minced beef together with 1tsp chillipowder and 1 tsp smoked paprika powder until golden. Finely slice the onion, bellpeppers and mushrooms and sweat them in a frying pan until the onions are glazed
stir and mix died tomato, ricotta and 1 tsp chillipowder and make the base sauce for the pizza. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce on the naan breads and evenly distribute the beef and glazed vegetables on the breads
Top off the naan pizzas with a rich layer of grated cheese and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Get your Eurasian pizzas out of the oven when the cheese has melted and the naancrust is crispy.
