Let puff pastry defrost and put one sheet in a muffintin and form into a little cup. Leave the upper edge standing out of the muffintin. Repeat this with all the pastry sheets.
Briefly glaze the onion until soft. In the meantime put a slice of ham in each pastrycup. Next put in the peas and the glazed onion and optionally add some fetacheese, mushrooms or tomatoes. Crack one egg over each filled pastrycup and finish off with some parsley garnish.
Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is a golden brown and the egg is cooked
