Remove the stones from the dates and add them together with the almonds in a foodprocessor. Leave this to turn until well mixed. It will become one large clump of sticky stuff so you will have to break it down with a wooden spoon every once in a while. Once the dates and the almonds are sufficiently mixed together turn it off.
Add the cocoa powder, the chia seeds and the grated coconut and mix this well into the date mixture. use your hands to make little balls out of it. Place two plates with coconut and one with sesameseeds and roll the balls through them until they are covered.
You can keep them in a well sealed container for a week outside of the fridge or two weeks in the fridge. But I guarantee you they will not last that long!
