Delicious carved potatoes from the oven with a soft layer of monchou and chorizo. Definitely enough to impress your guests.

Ingredients
8 to 12potatoesbrush the skins
1twig of rosemary
80grbuttercut in small dices
50mlolive oil
1pakje Mon Chou creamcheese
1tspgarlic oil
1tsppowdered paprika
10slicesof chorizo
salt n peppa
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the lumps of butter together with the olive oil in a baking tray in the oven. Cut the potatoes to two third deep sideways. Make slices of appr. 2 mm. Use three leaves of rosemary for each spud and stick the rosemary between some wedges. Put the potatoes in the baking tray with molten butter en put it in the oven for about 60 minutes. Every twenty minutes pour some spoons of the molten butter over the potatoes
Bake the chorizo in a frying pan until crispy and let it drain on some kitchentowel paper. Chop the crispy chorizo up to a fine crumble.
Mix the cream cheese with the garlic oil, powdered paprika, chorizo crumb and add salt n peppa to taste. Keep a little of the chorizo crumble aside for final garnish.
Get the baked potatoes from the oven and put a small spoon of the cream cheese mixture on each spud. Sprinkle the cream cheese with the chorizo crumb you kept aside.
