Oats with nuts and lemon
steel cut oats
unsalted roasted nuts
Place the coconut milk in a saucepan and mix with the oats. Bring this to the boil and leave to boil for about 5 minutes. (or longer if you prefer them softer)
As soon as your oats are cooked to your liking, place in a bowl and sprinkle with the chopped dates, the nuts and the coconut flakes
Grate some of the lemonzest over the bowl and squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the dish. Eat straight away.
