Easy, fast and delicous surf and turf from tilapia fillet and ham. Topped with crust of grated cheese

Ingredients
2pangasius fillets
4slicesof yorkhamcut into thin strips
1onionfinely diced
1cloveof garlicfinely chopped
4tbssour cream
½tspsmoked and powdered paprika
1tspmustard
100grgrated cheese
20grflour
Grinded black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Cook the onion and garlic briefly in a frying pan until the onion is glaze. Put the onion and garlic in a small bowl with the sour cream and give it a stir. Add the powdered paprika and mustard and give it a second stir.
If the fish fillets are moist dap them with some papertowel. Pour the flour and the grinded black pepper on a plate and coat the fillets with the flour mix.
Put baking paper on a baking tray and place the fillets on the tray. Coat the top of every fillet with a big spoon of the sourcream mix and put the sliced ham strips on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese generously on the fillets (the ham should be richly covered with cheese).
Put the baking tray with the surf and turf fillets in the oven for about 10 minutes until the fish is practically cooked. Then turn the oven to grill mode for five minutes and transform the chees into a crispy crust.
Serve this humble surf n turf with a green salad or pasta. Yummie!
