Rocky Road with marsh mallows
Take into account that you need at least 4 hours to have this cool in the fridge. Make it a christmas version by sprinkling with crushes candycane..

broken into smaller pieces
mini marsh mallows or if you can't find those
cut the bigger ones into pieces
handful of pecans
Melt the butter and the chocolate together au bain marie.
Put all other ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the chocolate over it. Stir everything through. You want each part to be covered by a bit of chocolate.
Prepare a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Use a spoon to press it as firmly as possible into the tin and put into the fridge for a minimum of four hours
Take it out and cut into squares to serve
