Ingredients
250grdark chocolate
135grbutterunsalted
200grbiscuitsbroken into smaller pieces
100grmini marsh mallows or if you can't find thosecut the bigger ones into pieces
50grdried cranberries
handful of pecanschopped
Instructions
Melt the butter and the chocolate together au bain marie.
Put all other ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the chocolate over it. Stir everything through. You want each part to be covered by a bit of chocolate.
Prepare a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Use a spoon to press it as firmly as possible into the tin and put into the fridge for a minimum of four hours
