Peel the onion and cut in quarters. Peel the garlic and cut a bit smaller. Ad both into the bowl of a food processor. Add the chicken thigh filet, the red lentils, the coriander and the butterchicken paste.
Pulse the machine until it has the right consistency. If you like it coarse don't turn the machine too long.
Put the mix into a bowl.
Check if it sticks together if you form it into a burger. If it is too wet add a bit more panko (or breadcrumbs) to bind it a bit more. I didn't need a lot to make it stick
Shape into 3 larger or 4 smaller burgers and bake for around 5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through. Serve on a bun with lettuce, onions and a sauce of your liking
