Garlic green beans with almond slivers

haricot verts or green beans
oil for baking
Cook the beans shortly in salted water. Approximately 3-4 minutes until cooked but still with a good bite.
Cut the cloves of garlic finely. Roast the almond in a dry pan until golden. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok and quickly bake the garlic. Make sure it doesn't burn. Add the beans and stirfry for a bit. Add onto a plate and sprinkle with the almonds
