Nice treat of Spanish Chorizo that has been cooked in red wine. A perfect snack for your guests or when you want to snack something in front of the TV

Ingredients
1
spicey chorizo sausage
sliced in 1 cm pieces
1,5
dl
firm red wine
½
tsp
cinnamon
Some good crispy bread
Instructions
Bake the pieces of chorizo in a hot and oiled fryingpan for about 2 minutes and then add the wine
Ad the cinnamon and stir. Let it boil on low heat for about 10 minutes
Turn the heat off and let it cool down until lukewarm in the pan so the flavors get into the chorizo
Serve in a small bowl with some cocktail skewers and a good piece of bread
