Whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, butter and coconut milk in a large mixing bowl. Sift coconut flour, nutmeg and baking soda together and put into the egg mixture. Add sea salt and whisk until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture into a 9 by 9 inch baking dish lined with baking paper. Top with sliced almonds and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the edges are brown and a toothpick comes out clean when testing the center.
