2cans of tunaI like the ones in olive oil, but you can do the ones on water too

2boiled eggs
bunch of parsley
cherry tomatoes
pinchof smoked paprika
1/2tspof ground ginger
1/2tspof ground chili
1spring onion
3-4tbspmayonaise
little gemfor serving
Instructions
Cut the eggs, cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters and chop the spring onion. Put the tuna into a bowl, add capers, tomatoes, spring onion, mayonaise and all spices and stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
