A very different way to prepare kohlrabi is to roast it with garlic butter and lots of Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. (400˚F)
Clean and slice the kohlrabi into cubes. Heat a frying pan with the butter and garlic and fry the kohlrabi for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
