Instructions
Split the eggs and keep egg whites and yolks separate. Preheat the oven to 150˚C. (302˚F)
In a bowl mix egg whites with 1/4 tsp vinegar and a little salt. Beat these to stiff peaks.
In the other bowl, put the egg yolks with the baking powder and the yogurt and whisk these as well.
Add the egg whites to the yolks and fold them over with a spatula so that the air stays in as much as possible.
Make mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
