Instructions
Clean the watermelon and cut into cubes or rounds. Divide over two bowls.
Divide the lambs lettuce, crumble the feta on top and sprinkle the hazelnuts over the salad. Garnish with the fresh mint.
Make the dressing by combining the ingredients. Serve over the salad. Alternatively this is also really good with only a bit of balsamic vinegar.
