Grate the carrots either by hand or in a machine. Mix the meat with the garam masala and some salt and pepper and mixed it well. Bake the minced meat in a frying pan and crumble it while baking.
Make the dressing by mixing the ingredients and tasting if it is not too sour. I added a bit of orange juice into mine as the lemon was particularly sour. I would normally have added a bit of honey to take the sting out of it but since that wasn’t an option during the whole30 I used the orange juice.
Mix the dressing through the carrots and add the minced beef. Season if needed and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
